How much does RegattaBase cost for clubs?
The basic version is free and includes regatta and member overview. Optional modules (trainings, messages, calendar, …) can be added if needed.
Who can claim a club?
Authorized representatives of the club — typically the board, the sport director or the regatta committee. The claim is verified before unlock.
What about member data privacy?
Each member controls visibility of their own profile. The club sees the data needed for organization — never more.
Can my club not be found?
That is rare — we already have most German-speaking clubs in the database. If yours is missing, you can simply create it during registration.
What happens if our regatta committee changes?
You can add and remove club admins yourself at any time. Roles and permissions are clearly assignable.
